READY, SET, ORDER!

We’ve made the process of ordering custom clothing easy and seamless. When you work with Verge Sport™, your order gets the care and attention that every club and team needs. Our Custom Sales Team is waiting for your call. Please contact our Sales department with any questions you have.

We work on a Reservation system, which means that we reserve production time at our manufacturing facility for your order so we can lock in your estimated ship date. To get a reservation, send in your Reservation Form and $100 reservation fee, payable by filling out our Credit Card Authorization Form. The reservation fee is applied to your order and is necessary to reserve production space at our manufacturing facility.  If you know exactly what items you want to purchase great!  If not then put your best estimate of the items you think you will need and after you receive our sizing samples you can make your final item and sizing choices.  Based on this reservation, you will be contacted by a member of our expert sales staff, and you will also receive a confirmation letter outlining the production dates and deadlines for each step of the order fulfillment process.  It is important to adhere to the due dates to keep your original estimated ship date as scheduled.  We can always change your estimated ship date if you feel you need some extra time.   We will always work with you to best accommodate your schedule.  At Verge Sport™, every order is equally important to us.  Once your reservation is placed, we will not push your production date back just to accommodate someone else.

Sizing and fabric samples are available, and we strongly recommend everyone take advantage of trying them on (especially for new customers). Every Custom Clothing vendor makes their clothing in the size that they believe satisfies the most people; meaning, every vendor’s sizing is different. Verge Sport™ clothing is sized to fit like Verge Sport™ clothing. We do not intend to, or claim to, fit like anyone else. To try on our samples, use our Sample Request Form. Custom Cycling Clothing is NOT returnable on the basis of incorrect sizing so it is extremely important that you order the correct sizes for you. Our sizing chart is a great way to visualize our sizing patterns, but the only way to be sure you are getting the right size for YOU is to try on a current Verge sample. You can request any item you want to check out, or try on. Your credit card will be authorized to cover the retail value of the samples. As long as the samples are returned, you pay only for shipping.

Once you have a Reservation, and confirmed Ship Date, you can submit your final item choices and sizing to your Customer Service Rep by using our Order Form. At the same time, a 50% Deposit is due.  A Custom Sales Order will then be sent to you, for your approval.  Once we receive back a signed sales order; either by fax, email, or US Mail. we will proceed with the art design stage of your order.  At this time, you can send in your design or art concepts to our design team.  You can download our 3D templates to help you visualize or create any concepts you may have for our artists. 

Since every Custom Order includes 3 Hours of Free Design Time, you will work directly with one of our skilled graphic artist to put the kit of your dreams together. After you have submitted your ideas, logos, instructions, etc., a proof will be created and sent to you for approval. When you are satisfied with your design, we will need to receive your signed Artwork Approval before we can proceed with your order.

Then, put your feet up, relax, have a fine imported ale, go for a ride… just leave the hard work to us.

Once your order has been completed at our factory, your Customer Service Rep will contact you to arrange the payment of the balance of your order. Your order will ship as soon as we receive final payment. If you are planning to pay by check, please allow time for your check to clear.
