Verge Sport's Semi-Custom Program has no minimums - you can order as little as a single semi-custom jersey and get it in a few weeks or less.
Verge Sport's Semi-Custom Program uses the same pro-quality jerseys from our fully custom clothing line. All of our semi-custom jerseys feature our premium M-TEC STINGER™ fabric with the advanced wicking power of Dryfil® and ¾ length hidden zippers for adjustability.
We can print whatever image you desire onto an 8 ½" by 11" area on both the front and back of the jersey. Front [JW1] and back can be the different and either landscape or portrait ('horizontal' or 'vertical') layout.
The sublimation printing process permanently impregnates the ink to the fabric. This allows your jersey to 'breathe' and keeps your image from cracking or fading.
Our sublimation printing allows us to produce detailed full-color images - even photographs! Designs in most graphic formats are acceptable. The artwork should be formatted the way you want it to appear on the jersey. If you are unable to create the art on your own, we can print basic text for you for a minimal fee or you can work with our art department (at their usual rate). To order our semi-custom jerseys, please place your order using our online store. You can email your design to us at . Before we begin printing your jerseys, we'll send a proof via e-mail showing what your jersey will look like.
You will need to sign and return the proof as confirmation the artwork is correct. Our inks are permanent, so once we customize your jerseys we can't re-sell them so we do not accept returns on semi-custom jerseys.
We usually ship within a few weeks of receiving your order and a printable design. Occasionally production gets over booked, however. Details of our current delivery situation is on the semicustom area of our online shop.
