Shipping costs vary and are calculated based on your address, the weight of the shipment and the shipping method. Our preferred shipping carrier is UPS, and our preferred shipping method is ground since it is the most efficient and has the smallest impact on our environment. If you prefer, other shipping methods such as 2-day or overnight service may be available.
Once your package leaves our warehouse any delays, postponement or other issues are beyond our immediate control. The fastest way to receive further information on your shipment is to contact the shipping company directly and provide your tracking number. If you would like us to assist with this matter, we are happy to call the shipping company on your behalf.
ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED SIGNATURE REQUIRED for your protection. If you prefer to take the risk of having your order delivered without a signature, you must notify us before the shipment leaves our warehouse. After it has left our warehouse, you may request a change to your shipment using the UPS My Choice program. However, such a request is not guaranteed to be granted by the shipping company. Orders shipped without signature required waives the right to a replacement of product if lost or stolen.
If you have encountered a lost package, damage or other shipping related issues, you should contact the shipping provider to file a claim. We will provide assistance as needed in the process but without an official claim, we are limited in how we can help.
Orders shipped outside the United States of America that do not have a local dealer are subject to duty and tariff charges imposed by the respective governments. Verge America Ltd. is not responsible for the payment of these charges.
